RETURN POLICY

RETURN CONDITIONS

1. Products intended for return must be delivered in person within ten (10) days from the date of acquisition.
2. Products should be in their original, unutilized condition, inclusive of all original tags and labels. Any deviation from this may not be excepted.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

To initiate a return:

1. Secure the item in its original packaging.
2. Present the item in person from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Nevada local time, at:

   1889 E. Maule Ave, Suite F, Las Vegas, NV 89119, United States.

**Note:** Postal returns will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Upon our in-person receipt and subsequent inspection of the returned item:

1. You will be requested to endorse a refund slip.
3. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, 702 Auctions shall conduct a thorough examination of the item, juxtaposing it with its initial imagery and description. Any inconsistencies detected will be subjected to managerial evaluation, post which a decision will be rendered regarding the applicability of a restocking fee. This process can take up to 7 days depending on the discrepancies found.

5. Cash transactions will be compensated through a check, dispatched within 7-10 days to the registered address.

In the event that an alternate product is returned, or the returned product is found to be devoid of essential components (e.g., a drill devoid of an originally included battery), the return request will be rejected. Subsequent to the rejection, the purchaser will be informed of the return denial and the product will be retained for a period of 10 days, during which it will be available for collection by the purchaser, after which the item will be discarded.

EXCLUSIONS

The succeeding items are exempt from returns unless mandated by legislation:

- Items from our dollar sale auctions.
- Wholesale pallets.
- Salvaged bulk.
- Dollar commodities.
- Acquisitions over 10 days old.
- Items in non-original packaging.
- Any other merchandise declared non-returnable at the time of auction.

For items that are defective or sustain damage, please liaise with us using the provided contact information to discuss potential refunds or exchanges.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

1. A restocking fee of 30% may be levied for:
   - Items described accurately but returned in non-original conditions or missing elements, barring legislative prohibitions.
   
2. The imposition of the restocking fee will be determined post thorough examination of the returned goods by 702 Auctions. Disputes regarding this fee must be formally communicated in writing within 30 calendar days of its assessment. The content should cover: full name, contact data, product lot ID, reason for return, and a comprehensive account of the alleged inconsistency. Post submission, 702 Auctions will evaluate the claim and announce a decision within 30 days. Any further disagreements pertaining to this fee are governed by the arbitration clause detailed in section 19. DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS of our terms and conditions.

3. Returns with mismatched item or serial numbers compared to the initial listing pictures will be deemed ineligible for refunds.
